Overview:
The new Atlas Switch Accessory Module is an All Scales electronic “Swiss Army” knife for making common track wiring scenarios easier. More than just a non-derail circuit board (similar to the old Atlas 6924), the Switch Accessory Module (or SAM) incorporates features that support and simplify reverse loop wiring, power routing, frog wiring, twin coil AND stall motor switch machines in all scales! In addition to providing simple panel lighting outputs, the Atlas SAM supports the direct connection of two signals at once (such as dwarf or full-mast signals available in the plug-and-play Atlas All Scales Signal product line) to provide for configurable on-layout turnout indication on both sides of the switch! It is also an indispensable tool for wiring 3-rail double crossovers in O scale.
