Features:

1. Clean track rails with dry cleaning pad
2. Apply 1 drop to the top of the rail every 2-3 feet
3. Use a dry cleaning pad to rub fluid into rail.
4. Let Excelle track conditioner set 3 to 4 minutes
5. Repeat Step 1

For best results apply twice a year (Spring & Fall)
